Quarter Q2 2026 (Apr–Jun)

How to Use This Document

This document is the single source of truth for Prism Analytics' Q2 2026 objectives and key results. Each KR has a named owner who is accountable for weekly status updates in the shared tracking doc. OKR owners should use the status definitions on page 4 when updating. This document should be reviewed at every Monday leadership sync and at the formal mid-quarter check-in (scheduled for May 12).

Objectives are ambitious but achievable. If a KR lands above 70%, that's a win. If you're hitting 100% every quarter, the goal wasn't ambitious enough.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is an OKR?

OKR stands for Objective and Key Result. An Objective is a qualitative goal (what you want to achieve); Key Results are quantitative metrics that measure progress (how you'll know you achieved it). Popularized by Google and now used widely in startups and enterprises.

### How many OKRs should a company have per quarter?

Aim for 3–5 company-level objectives, with 2–4 key results per objective. More than that and the system loses focus — which defeats the purpose.

### Is this OKR template free?

Yes — free to use. Describe your company goals and the AI will structure them into proper OKR format.
