#### Terms & Conditions

Validity

This quote is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Pricing and availability may change after July 18, 2026.

Payment Terms

50% deposit to begin; balance due Net 15 from launch. Invoices payable by ACH or card via Stripe.

Revisions & Scope

Two revision rounds are included per deliverable. Additional rounds or new scope are billed at $135/hour.

Timeline

An 8-week schedule begins upon deposit and receipt of brand assets. Delays in feedback may shift the launch date.

Ownership

Full rights to final deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of final payment.

Expenses

Third-party costs (stock, fonts, hosting, plugins) are passed through at cost and pre-approved in writing.
