From the Coach
A Personal Welcome
Dear Future Participant,
The leaders I work with are not broken. They're not underperforming. In fact, most of them are succeeding by every external measure — and that's precisely why this moment is so interesting.
Because there's a specific kind of ceiling you hit when you've been good at your job for a long time. You've solved the tactical problems. You've proven you can lead. But somewhere in the daily work of managing people, navigating politics, and driving results, something gets quieter. The part of you that knows what you actually want — not just what the org chart needs from you.
The Meridian Leadership Program is designed for leaders at exactly that inflection point. It's 12 weeks of honest, rigorous, and deeply personal work. We'll look at how you communicate under pressure, how you make decisions when the stakes are real, and what kind of leader you want to be remembered as.
I won't tell you what to do. I'll ask better questions than you've been asked before. And together, we'll find the answers that actually belong to you.
"Great leadership is not about having all the answers. It's about becoming someone who can hold the right questions long enough to lead with them."
This document outlines everything you need to know about the program — the curriculum, format, what's included, and how we'll work together. Read it carefully. If it resonates, I hope you'll apply.

Foundations
Program Philosophy
The Meridian Leadership Program is built on three beliefs about what makes leadership development actually work — not just in theory, but for real executives in real organizations.
Belief One: Insight Without Integration Is Just Awareness
Most leadership training gives you interesting information and sends you back to your inbox. We take a different approach. Every insight in this program is paired with a concrete practice — something you can test in your actual work, with your actual team, the following week. Growth that doesn't reach your behavior is just entertainment.
Belief Two: The Leader Is the Leverage Point
You can optimize systems, restructure teams, and update strategies — but the ceiling of any organization is the leader's capacity. The most leveraged investment you can make is in your own clarity, communication, and decision-making. That's what we're building here.
Belief Three: Sustainable Performance Requires Full-Spectrum Awareness
We will look at your professional self — your communication patterns, your leadership edge, your stakeholder dynamics. And we will also, at times, look at what's underneath: the assumptions you carry, the stories you tell about what's possible, the fears that show up as caution. This is not therapy. But it is whole-person coaching.
"The real work of leadership development is not learning new skills. It's unlearning the survival strategies that got you here but will limit you from here."
Who This Program Is For
The Meridian Leadership Program is best suited to:
- → Senior leaders (Director and above) in corporate or startup environments
- → Founders or operators navigating a significant transition (new role, new scale, new team)
- → High-performers who feel a growing gap between their external success and internal clarity
- → Leaders who are coachable — open to direct feedback and willing to do the work
12-Week Curriculum
What We Cover
The curriculum is organized into three modules, each four weeks long. Each module builds on the last. The progression from Clarity to Communication to Decision-Making is intentional — you can't communicate well what you don't understand clearly, and you can't make great decisions without both.
Module 01 · Weeks 1–4
Clarity & Foundation
2 Sessions
+ 1 Deep-Dive Exercise
- 360 Feedback Analysis — we review your pre-program 360 results together, surfacing patterns and blind spots
- Values Mapping — defining your non-negotiable leadership principles (not a list of words — an operational framework)
- Defining Your Leadership Edge — the specific quality or style that makes your leadership distinctive and worth following
- Reflection Prompts: What are you tolerating? What do you keep saying you'll do differently?
Deliverable: Your Leadership Foundation Document — a 1-2 page personal statement of values, edge, and operating principles you'll return to throughout the program.
Module 02 · Weeks 5–8
Communication & Influence
2 Sessions
+ 1 Deep-Dive Exercise
- Executive Presence — what you broadcast before you speak, and how to make it intentional
- Difficult Conversations — a practical framework for feedback, conflict, and hard truths (with real scenarios from your work)
- Stakeholder Management — mapping your influence ecosystem and closing the gaps
- Deep-Dive Exercise: Prepare and conduct one difficult conversation you've been avoiding. Debrief in following session.
Deliverable: Your Communication Playbook — your personal framework for high-stakes conversations, presence cues, and stakeholder engagement.
Module 03 · Weeks 9–12
Decision-Making & Legacy
2 Sessions
+ 1 Deep-Dive Exercise
- Strategic Thinking — separating signal from noise, zooming out without losing grip on execution
- Building High-Performing Teams — what you can change about how you hire, develop, and hold people accountable
- Defining Your Leadership Legacy — the question every senior leader must answer: what do you want to have built?
- Integration Session: Full review of Foundation Document + 90-day forward plan
Deliverable: Your 90-Day Post-Program Action Plan — specific commitments, accountability metrics, and a personal development focus for the next quarter.
