Frequently asked questions
What is an OKR?
OKR stands for Objective and Key Result. An Objective is a qualitative goal (what you want to achieve); Key Results are quantitative metrics that measure progress (how you'll know you achieved it). Popularized by Google and now used widely in startups and enterprises.
How many OKRs should a company have per quarter?
Aim for 3–5 company-level objectives, with 2–4 key results per objective. More than that and the system loses focus — which defeats the purpose.
Is this OKR template free?
Yes — free to use. Describe your company goals and the AI will structure them into proper OKR format.
