Terms
This quote covers production and post-production of “First Light” as scoped in Treatment v2. Scope changes, additional shoot days, extra cut-downs, or expanded licensing are billed separately and confirmed by change order before work begins.
Weather holds on either shoot day are covered by the contingency line above; a full reshoot due to conditions outside that contingency will be quoted separately.
Kestrel Films retains reels and behind-the-scenes rights for self-promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
