Our Philosophy

Why We Price
This Way

Most agencies price in ways that benefit the agency — hourly rates that reward slowness, vague retainers that obscure what you're actually getting, and custom quotes that leave you guessing. We've built Clearpath Digital around a different model.

Our pricing is flat-rate, tier-based, and transparent. You always know exactly what's included, what's not, and what expansion looks like. No surprise invoices at the end of the month. No "that's out of scope" on things you assumed were covered. Just clear commitments, delivered consistently.

  • 1
    Predictable Pricing, Always
Fixed monthly fees — not hourly, not "it depends." You know what you're spending before the month starts. Budget with confidence.
  • 2
    No Lock-In After Month 3
We require a 3-month minimum engagement to see real results — but after that, it's month-to-month. We earn your continued business by performing, not by contract.
  • 3
    Results Over Vanity Metrics
We don't report on impressions to impress you. We report on leads, conversions, and revenue. Our reporting is built around the numbers that actually matter to your business.
  • 4
    Right-Sized Scope
We won't sell you services you don't need. If the Starter plan is the right fit, we'll say so — even if we could upsell you to Growth. Our reputation is built on honest recommendations.

Pricing Details

How Pricing Works

What's Included

Strategy, content creation, copywriting, design, scheduling, community management, reporting, and weekly/monthly calls — all within your plan's scope. You get a dedicated team, not a ticket system.

What's Not Included

Ad spend (passed through at cost), photography or video production beyond your plan, custom software or tool subscriptions, and services explicitly listed as add-ons above.

Billing & Contracts

Monthly retainer fees are invoiced on the 1st of each month and due within 7 days. Add-on services are invoiced separately at the time of delivery. We accept ACH, credit card (2.9% fee), and wire transfer.

3-month minimum: All plans require an initial 3-month commitment. This isn't a lock-in strategy — it's because meaningful marketing results take time, and we've seen too many clients bail at week 6 before the work has had a chance to compound. After month 3, cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.

Onboarding fee: A one-time $500 setup fee covers account audits, strategy development, tool setup, and onboarding. This fee is waived for 6-month upfront commitments.

What to Expect

Your First 90 Days

Here's what the first three months look like as a Clearpath Digital client. We've refined this process across dozens of engagements — it's designed to get you results as quickly as possible without cutting corners on strategy.

1

Onboarding & Audit Week 1

Kick off call, brand brief, account access, full audit of your existing marketing channels, competitive landscape review. We document everything — what's working, what's wasted, what the opportunity is.

2

Strategy Development Weeks 2–3

90-day growth plan delivered and approved. Includes channel priorities, content pillars, paid media approach (if applicable), and KPI targets. You'll see exactly what we're trying to achieve and how.

3

Execution Begins Week 3+

Content calendar live in Notion, first campaigns launched, community management active. Weekly check-ins begin. You'll see movement in your numbers within the first 30 days — usually by the end of week 3.

4

Month 1 Review Day 30

First monthly performance report. We review what worked, what we're adjusting, and what's coming in month 2. This is also when we identify any quick-win opportunities we may have spotted during execution.

5

Optimize & Scale Days 30–90

Months 2 and 3 are where the compounding begins. We double down on what's working, kill what isn't, and start building toward your 6-month and annual goals. By day 90, you'll have a clear picture of what sustained growth looks like.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch plans after I start?

Yes — you can upgrade plans at any time. Upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrades are available after your initial 3-month commitment has been fulfilled, with 30 days notice.

Do you guarantee results?

We don't guarantee specific revenue numbers — no honest agency does. What we guarantee is transparent reporting, clear goal-setting before we start, and a data-driven approach that responds to what the numbers tell us. We'll always tell you if something isn't working, and we'll tell you why.

What if I already have some of these services in-house?

We love working alongside in-house teams. Tell us what you have covered and we'll build a custom scope that complements your existing capabilities. We don't require you to cancel what's working — we want to add to it.

How does ad spend billing work?

Ad spend is billed directly by the platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) to a card you control. We never hold your ad budget — you always have full visibility and control. Our management fee covers the strategy and execution; the spend is a separate line item you control directly.

What happens to our content and assets if we end the engagement?

Everything we create for you is yours. We'll deliver a full export of all content, reports, and creative assets via Google Drive within 5 business days of your final invoice. We remove our access to your accounts immediately upon engagement end.

Frequently asked questions

Why should agencies have a pricing guide?

A pricing guide positions your services as a product, filters out tire-kickers before sales calls, and helps prospects self-qualify into the right package. It also reduces the time you spend on proposals from scratch.

Should agencies publish prices publicly?

It depends on your market. Publishing prices on your website attracts self-serve buyers and filters qualified leads. A pricing guide sent during the sales process is a middle ground — transparent without full public commitment.

Is this pricing guide template free?

Yes — free to customize. Describe your services, tiers, and pricing to the AI and it will build out the full guide.
