The project is divided into four phases. Each phase has defined deliverables and a clear approval gate before we move forward. Nothing moves to the next phase without your sign-off.

Phase 1 — Discovery & Strategy

Week 1

Stakeholder interviews, competitive audit, user journey mapping, content inventory, and definition of success metrics. Delivered as a strategy brief that aligns both teams before any design begins.

Phase 2 — Design System & Wireframes

Weeks 2–3

Design tokens (color, typography, spacing), component library in Figma, wireframes for all 8 core pages, mobile-responsive layouts, and up to two rounds of consolidated feedback.

Phase 3 — Development

Weeks 4–5

Clean HTML/CSS/JS implementation on your chosen stack (Next.js or Webflow, per your preference). Performance-optimised, accessible (WCAG AA), SEO-ready. Connected to your CMS for content management.

Phase 4 — QA, Launch & Handoff

Week 6

Cross-browser and device testing, staging environment review, launch coordination, and a 60-minute team training session. Full handoff documentation including component guide and content update instructions.

Not Included in This Scope

Copywriting, photography/illustration, third-party integrations beyond your CMS, SEO content strategy, paid advertising, ongoing retainer maintenance, or pages beyond the 8 listed above. These can be quoted separately if needed.

The timeline below assumes a kick-off within 5 business days of receiving the signed proposal and initial payment. Feedback turnaround from your side is expected within 3 business days per review round to maintain the schedule.

Kick-off & Discovery

Stakeholder call, access credentials, strategy brief delivered by Friday.

Week 2

Design System & First Wireframes

Visual direction, color and type decisions, homepage and 2 core page wireframes for review.

Week 3

Full Wireframe Set & Approval

All 8 pages in Figma, mobile variants, design approval gate before dev begins.

Weeks 4–5

Development

Production build, CMS connection, staging environment accessible for your review by end of Week 5.

Week 6

QA, Launch & Handoff

Testing, fixes, launch, training session. Project closed with full documentation.

Payment Schedule

50% ($6,000) due on signing to reserve your start date. 50% ($6,000) due on launch day before site goes live.

Payment Methods

Bank transfer (ACH/wire), Wise, or credit card. Invoices sent via email with a payment link included.

Revision Rounds

Two consolidated rounds included per phase. Additional rounds billed at $150/hour.

Scope Changes

Additions to scope are quoted in writing before work begins. No surprise charges.

Cancellation

If you cancel after kick-off, work completed to that point is billed at the hourly rate of $150. The initial deposit is non-refundable as it reserves your start date.
